Oke!

My Mom”

“Manusia Yang terindah”
(Poem Competition Ramadhan 1429H, FIB UGM )

Setengah jiwaku..
tanpanya aku tak lengkap..

Ibu..
Aku hanya ingin, sepenuh hidupku ku dedikasikan untukmu..
Tujuan hidupku memberikan takdir terbaik untukmu..

Sungguh, ibuku..
Tegarmu kekuatanku,
Senyummu semangatku, dan
Sabarmu Inspirasiku

Tapi bagiku, IBU ADALAH SEMPURNA

Sejaman-jaman (ketauan lum lulus-lulus, haha..) gw kuliah, baru mata kuliah hanca ini gw suka dengan sengaja gk bangun , meneruskan mimpi gw, sekalipun itu mimpi buruk!! Dan absen kuliah! Jatah 3 kali bolos bener-bener gw manfaatkan, berbeda dengan mata kuliah Bahasa Korea yang lain. Oke! Sebenernya belajarnya seru, dosennya asik. Tapi setiba waktu kuis ato ujian, seketika gw jadi menderita DISLEKSIA, penyakit gk bisa baca, akutt. Tragiss!!

Korean Women : The Culture of Korean Teenager’s Plastic Surgery

Plastic surgery is usually a personal decision as a reflection of improving confident needs and self-image. For South Korean teenage girls, this is not only “a desire to be better looking person”. Plastic surgery was already an obsession. Unsurprisingly, around 76% Korean women at the age of 20 – 30 years old did plastic surgery. Even though in following five years, plastic surgery was a personal thing, for some people that’s like a shameful action. Several opinions in world society said that teenage girls who did the plastic surgery were similar to be a monster with super beautiful body outside. On the other hand, some people said that was not a big deal.
Based on south Korean teenage girl’s opinion, the main reason to decide the plastic surgery is for changing their slanting eyes. Having the big eyes is a dream for them. It could be done by plastic surgery for approximately 8 million rupiah by making additional eyelid. For example, if a girl was 14 years old, she is allowed to do the plastic surgery as known as “eye job”, even it used to be a gift from parents. That’s why several clinic for plastic surgery will be busy, especially at school holiday. The most popular plastic surgery is for the eyelid, nevertheless nose operation is also important for them. From the author’s opinion, the parents ask their children to do the plastic surgeon as well as to make homework. They aware that appearance is one of keys factor to achieve successful life.
The ridiculous aspect of the Korean culture is the opinion about changing the physically appearance. One side, the Korean has a slogan about high nationalism. Another side, some Korean are not satisfied about their appearance. I admire Korean love and proud their personal character, but why they eager to do the plastic surgery. From the author’s opinion, they should have been proud of original face of Korean as well as their identity as a Korean.
When this new culture was established, I try to compare it with Indonesia. Beside the economic aspect, Indonesia people seldom do the plastic surgery as they are accept the appearance as a gift from God. This Indonesian’s concept grew up as people have obligation to embrace the religion. From my point of view, religion becomes a filter when people made decision to do something. Whether the action is good or useful for themselves and others people? Changing the body part seems to be the hardest thing and opposite to god’s gift.
Besides, the tough competition among Korean people to be successful (worldly) is one of reason to do plastic surgery. Someone whose the standard appearance is not easy to be accepted at work for instance. The appearance would be the important factor in working atmosphere, especially entertainment industry. The Korean actress like to change their body appearance to be perfect or success than others. Also, it is important to get attention from fans to follow them as idols.
The booming of plastic surgery in Korea is a new unique culture. However Korean government reaction which hasn’t given serious attention indicates that this phenomenon isn’t a threatening change . Cuture change is a common thing happens in our life. Nothing can stop this. As it happens along with epoch demand which continually urges human being to accomplish it. However the choice depends to each individual, whether to accomplish it or not.

"Hmm..So Guys, What do u think about Korea Plastic Surgery??*.*"

Ini diaa..Komunikasi Antar Manusia Yang Berbeda Bahasa

Salam Supperr..junior!!
(Uli sakit, sakitnya serius??)
Dengan nyantainya gw jawab “~그냥 조금 답답해요^^”” (aa, Cuma nyesek aja dikit^^”)
Sekilas gkda masalah ya? Tapi setelah itu raut muka ntu cwo langsung berubah, semacam raut gk enak n sedikit serba salah. Trus dia ngacir dan gw melanjutkan kerjaan gw tadi, ngetik sms. Selanjutnya hubungan kita agak sedikit kaku dan gk sedekat sebelumnya (dekat= suka jitak-jitakkan,kk)
Selidik punya selidik, 답답하다/ dabdabhada (sesak) disini artinya bukan hanya sekedar sesak, nyesak ato susah nafas karena kecapean.
Temen gw “ buat saja sebisa kamu, nanti tak bantu”
Oke, kita orang Indonesia khususnya orang jawa pasti paham, konteks “tak” disini artinya “akan di”. Setuju??? Tapi kalian bisa membayangkan dunk, “tak” jika diartikan orang asing???kkkkkk
Si orang Korea, melongo “tak bantu??”
Temen gw, berulang-ulang menyebutkan “nanti tak bantu”
Gw, si penyelamat “Iya, nanti akan dia bantu^^”
Si orang Korea “oooo, oke^^””
Ternyata hal kecil, berakibat fattalll!!hahahahaaaaaaaaa….
Satu lagi, seorang teman pernah bercerita.
Si orang Korea “Besok, aku mau beli sepeda”
Kata temen gw dalem hati, kotor ya dicuci?????!! ckckckckckkkkkkk!dasar dikutuk kaye!*kesal.
Besoknya..

Uli appayo?mani appayo?
알았어요 = arassoyo?
힘들어 = himdeuro

When Korea Makes me falling in love

When I was boring , i got some inspiration,hmmm.."When Korea Makes me falling in love"

My love to Korea started when, one day for the first time, I accidentally watched a Korean drama on television. I was so interested, not only because the story is touching, but also because the film presented very beautiful and calming scenery. When the drama presented the white snow fell softly as cotton, I could even feel the cool and refreshing feeling, when the golden leaves fell down touching the ground, I could feel the warmth that touches the skin even deep into my heart. I thought I saw a beautiful pieces of heaven every time I see the Korean landscape. And day by day I become even more curious to find where the place that I feel as beautiful as heaven.

Since i was in teh Junior High school, I've been looking for and read information about Korea. Even I ever sent letters to the Korean Embassy in Indonesia several times, hoping I could get closer to Korea. I also try to get various books, drama, film, and music about from library, internet and magazines. I really fell in love with the country as calm as breaking dawn time, though i’ve never been witnessed directly Korea. I think it was appropriate the epithet for Korea, Choson as calm as morning.

Reading about the history of the country of which its independence in 1945, makes me even more wanting to know more about Korea. South Korea as a small country which was resulted from the division of the Korean Peninsula due to the cold war ideological differences, succeeded in reducing poverty in a short time, and revived from adversity and capable of surprising the international community with the development of national technological and economic success, is admirable. The country that since the era of empire Choson has been concerned with education with the concept that positioned the teacher is in the sam position as the King and parents. In addition, the speech of President Park Chung Hee is very admirable that education is the most important element in poor natural resource country like Korea and those who are educated will play an important role for developing countries and people. I strongly agree with his thought thus not only lofing Korea, I also admire President Park Chung Hee.

Korean culture attracts me. Confucianism is still attached to the ethics and morals of Koreans. How Korean people show respect for them through the use of language, through attitude and behavior. The existence of different procedures in each place, a senseof love and respect to family, loyal friends, respect for teachers, hardworking, be loyal to the job and the other characters. Even, the expression of respect in the Korean language is still used. Respectful expression by raising the other person and lowering ourself are the expression of Confucianism value. In addition, the habit of drinking sul and sleeping late at night do not lose the spirit of hard work, though the time to sleep is very little but Korean people still have full of enthusiasm through the day which is full of competition. Then without I realize it, Korea gives me spirit, the belief to not to give up.

Talking about Korean culture there is a typical Korean food that also has introduced Korea to the international world. Kimchi which is a unique Korean food and has healthy advantage which is made from the fermentation of healthy fresh vegetables is foods that is low in calories and cholesterol but contains very high fiber content. It is very good for health. Our knowledge about Korea is not complete before we know the Korean kimchi.
Korea gives a lot of inspiration in my life, and Korea is also one of my dreams. The country that I ever thought
as paradise for its beauty and the country as calm as the morning. I always miss its composure, which makes falling in love.
